Lock GL

LockGL: Lock all the transactions for all accounts, the balance will be counted for next transactions...

From the Smart Money Setting screen, you can access the lock GL menu:

Access Lock GL:

Set the date which is to be locked from last period and press Lock, The LockGL will be applied (if the first time we use this option, the date will be counted from the first transaction till chosen date). All the old transactions are locked, the balance is now transferred to the new period.

Access to the Balance on main screen, you can see the lock history:
