Smart Money Settings

Press the icon Setting (top right corner) from the main screen of Smart Money:

In which:

- Accounts: the accounts which is used for accounting to you balance. You can add new account from this screen.

- Projects: the projects which can be ernings or expending project, each project will conytribute to an account. You can add new project from this screen.

- Currencies: describe your currency here, you can add new currency if needed

- Exchange rate: this is the exchange rate between the existing currencies and USD

- Lock GL: describe the Lock GL period, see details here

- Income Tax: The tax rate will be applied for your final balance. You can specify the rate for each level of balance.

- Income Tax discount: the discount amount for your income tax

- Standard Currentcy: default currency which will be used for your projects (be noted for each project you can different type of currency)

- Login password: the password you can specify to use to protect the Smart Money application from undesired usage.

- Clean Data Older Than: clean all data which is older than a specify time.

- Upper Case Proj. Name: all your project names will be in Uppercase if this is ON

- Default values: the default account which will be used for your Earning and Payment
